It was the west Wales derby last night, this afternoon it’s the battle of the east as Cardiff Blues welcome near neighbours the Dragons to the Arms Park in the second round of the Rainbow Cup.
Josh Adams starts on the wing for the home side following his inclusion in the Lions squad for the tour of South Africa, with Blues boss Dai Young making nine changes to the side beaten 36-14 by the Ospreys two weeks ago.
For the Dragons, Jamie Roberts plays his first game at the Arms Park in eight years. The 94-cap centre spent seven seasons with the Blues before moving on in 2013.
He will be hoping to help the men of Gwent build on their 52-32 bonus-point victory over the Scarlets in round one of the competition. The introduction of Roberts is one of seven changes they make from that match.
The game will be shown live on Premier Sports, but if you can’t get in front of a TV you can follow all the action via our live blog.
