Marketing Manager / Co-ordinator – Pedestrian TV

THE ROLE – Marketing Manager / Coordinator – PartTime (to start)

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to take on our marketing.

This is a varied role with expertise required across the marketing mix and will suit a motivated, results-orientated professional with a desire to have a direct impact on the long-term success of the business.

Limehouse is an integrated production & post-production studio that makes stunning visuals for advertising agencies and brands, across a whole range of media.

We explore all routes to production which includes CGI, retouching, animation/VFX, photography and live action. Our in-house team is skilled in production and post, across all channels from print to digital to TV.

Our producers recommend the best solution or where there are options, the benefits of each. When we shoot, we only work with the best fit photographer and director. This integrated approach always ensures the best quality, use of budget and consistency across multiple channels.

Limehouse was established in 2010 and has been ranked one of Australasia’s Top 10 production studios, in the world’s best 50 digital art studios, worked with clients around the world (including London, New York, Shanghai, and Singapore) and been awarded onevery continent at industry shows including Cannes, Spikes Asia and D&AD.

Limehouse is well established and professional but a fun and buzzy work environment.

● Manage our company marketing strategy that includes various marketing and sales funnels, including emails, EDM’s, Ads, and digital channels; and develop them.

● Keep up-to-date all our portfolios (indesign), website (Wix, but open to moving if strategic) and other creative portfolio sites e.g. Behance, Leurzers Archive, Little Black Book, The Stable, etc.

● Manage the Direct marketing and Social Media strategy, including content creation, scheduling and optimisation.

● Develop and maintain relationships with other party stakeholders.

● Engage with advertising media partners and write various articles, for example for industry news platforms, e.g. campaign brief, adnews, littleblackbook, etc.

● Help us continue to have a voice on tech and industry relevant platforms.

● Keep our messaging in line with our brand and help develop it.

● Use analytics & stats to aid business development and marketing channel strategies.

● Experience utilising web and social analytics tools to analyse, interpret and report on data to improve marketing performance.

● Ability to develop and manage effective, targeted Marketing campaigns across platforms including but not limited to our social channels Facebook and Instagram : fan acquisition, campaign management & optimisation, content creation & reporting.

● Have a sufficient understanding of Search Engine Optimisation.

● Provide support to sales and management through effective customer data management and reporting through the company CRM.

● Continual analysis of web and social data to optimise digital marketing efforts.

● Develop and amend a variety of promotional brochures and presentations in Adobe Indesign.

● Continual analysis of web and social data to optimise digital marketing efforts.

● Co-ordinate events – company networking / social events.

● In line with our Brand, further build brand awareness: specifically in TV production and post industry and in specific skill areas (CGI, etc).

● Monitor and manage award entries.

● Magazine & Annual / Competition entries.

● Manage annual marketing budget, and input/manage advertising budget.


● Advertising background / advertising agency network of contacts ideally.

● Production / post-production knowledge useful (photography / TV / CGI).

● A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar Marketing role.

● Basic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily indesign.

● Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

● Good written skills and grammar – Copywriters and PR will be made available to aid but you will be drafting the majority of our output.

● Excellent interpersonal communication skills : we are a chatty, close knit team and you will need to be able to sell stories to our advertising & PR marketing partners to assure pick up, and develop relationships with them.

● Attention to detail and proven abilities in developing, sourcing and editing content.

● To be able to confidently grow our SEO and develop targeted solutions.

● Be able to write website and LinkedIn articles and EDMS, inline with Limehouse brand, as well magazine articles, or help design advertisements.

● Knowledge of how to set up, track and report against KPIs.

● Potentially set up customer satisfaction surveys.

● Have a proven track record on gaining new business / sales through marketing and lead generation : jobs to quote.

● Manage the website and integrate with our other social media and sales platforms.

● Plan and manage our marketing (and advertising) budget.

● Self-starter and passionate about self development – Always learning and looking for ways to help the team operate more efficiently. We all have personal objectives that align with our company’s we discuss these regularly, and include training / personal development targets.

● Experience managing budgets.

~$70k to 80k / year + super, pro rata. Dependent on experience.

Job Status: Part-time Employment with a 3 month trial period. / Contract if preferred.

To begin, this is a 2 to 3 day a week Marketing role (approx. 20 hours per week).

Our plan is that this will become a full time (5 day a week) position quickly with growth.

If you are interested, there are other part-time roles in the company available, for example sales / presales / and administrative aspects of the studio that you may be interested in taking on in addition, either as a split or an appropriate role extension. This is voluntary; you will in no way be penalised if you chose to focus on the primary (marketing) role.

We are open/encourage you to use your network, for example website, copywriters, social media experts, etc but we want the vast majority of the work managed in house.

Chippendale (short walk to central station) & WFH. We are in the studio 2-3 days a week, so would like you to join us in the studio, ideally same as us but if not at least 1 day/wk.
