MUMBAI: iProspect India, the digital marketing agency from the house of Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN), has bagged the digital marketing mandate for Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance (Kotak Life), a 100 per cent owned subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited.
Under this partnership, iProspect India will offer its services to brand Kotak Life in search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, affiliates and display facilities.

It is imperative to note here that beginning FY 2019-20, Kotak Life decided to set in motion a comprehensive re-engineering of its online business with a robust back-end digital workflow and a vigorous customer relationship management (CRM) process. It also catalysed its movement in marketing automation, thus, improving its market penetration amongst the target audiences, amid other projects. Kotak Life’s marketing campaign featuring Vinay Pathak advocating the benefits of a well-rounded term plan to consumers is a case in point.
