YouTube TV Offering 30 Day Cinemax Trials

Subscribers of YouTube TV can take advantage of an extended, 30-day free trial of Cinemax, with a valid subscription. But if you’re interested, you’ll need to take action before the end of the month.

9to5Google reports Google’s OTT service is offering the 30 day trial to users who add Cinemax in their YouTube TV’s “Settings” before the end of the day on August 31. Normally, a month of Cinemax can cost subscribers $9.99 per month.

With a subscription to Cinemax through YouTube TV, users get access to Cinemax’s live channel feeds, as well as video-on-demand content available through YouTube TV. But the YouTube TV add-on does not give subscribers access through Cinemax’s website.

Keep in mind: the trial does not roll off automatically and subscribers will be charged after 30 days. Those who do not want to continue with the service after 30 days will need to go back into Settings and cancel.
