eCommerce Manager job with Honey Birdette


The E-commerce Manager is responsible for leading the digital trading performance for Honey They will manage all central KPI’s for traffic growth, conversion, and rate optimization across all eCommerce channels. The candidate will also manage SEO and SEM spend and growth. They are the regional digital champion working to develop a deep digital understanding across all the regional teams.



  • Responsible for site trading across all platforms 
  • Closely monitor the channel & country KPIs and proactively identify strategies to drive revenue in line with digital strategy and targets
  • Partner with digital marketing teams on all digital campaigns to ensure product selection and journeys are optimized via assets and linking 
  • Manage the weekly digital reports providing detailed analysis on key business metrics including site performance, conversion rates, sales by product, digital channels etc.


  • Identify locally-driven site update opportunities to improve performance and drive sales/ margin
  • Input into site optimization agenda, technical and aesthetic, navigation, performance and functionality to positively impact digital business
  • Support localization in terms of locally relevant services throughout the customer journey  and product lifecycle from delivery proposition to markdown execution


  • Responsible for managing blog landing pages alongside Marketing Manager 
  • Partner with Marketing Manager to closely monitor the performance of all digital marketing 


  • Extensive experience working within a digital-facing role
  • Strong ability to think analytically, commercially and creatively 
  • Accuracy, great attention to detail
  • Strong excel skills
  • Great communication skills and teamwork
  • Previous experience in graphic design not essential but a plus  
  • Creative suite skills a plus
  • Previous experience of working in an e-commerce/digital team essential
