this 55-minute online group mat class will highlight the fundamental key principles of pilates while guiding you through the basic & intermediate level pilates mat work, focusing on core connection, flexibility, and balance. students are guided through sequentially targeted exercises at a consistent pace for strengthening, stretching, and toning the body, specifically the powerhouse/core. you’ll walk away feeling toned, lengthened and accomplished!
