A well-established 33 year old Food and Nutritional Ingredients company located in Mendham is seeking a personable, responsible, energetic, well organized, self-starter with experience in the food or nutraceutical industry or willing to learn for a position as Office Administrator. Responsibilities will include Customer Service, order processing, Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable data entry, answering phones, and general office help. Fast paced environment with a growing company selling nutritional products B2B and now growing with online Direct to Consumer sales. Candidates should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be computer proficient, experience with Microsoft Office suite particularly Word and Excel, Strong communication, writing, and phone skills are important. Prior experience in Nutritional sciences, Customer service, Accounts Payable/Accounts receivable data entry, and/or online Direct to Consumer Sales helpful but not necessary. Located in a pleasant suburban office park. Salary commensurate with Experience, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Sick Days, 401K/Profit Sharing, and Health Benefits available 4th quarter.
